1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ph69," "we," "us," "our" refers to ph69 and its operating entity, which operates the online gaming platform accessible at ph69.lat.
• "Platform" refers to the ph69 website, mobile interface, game lobby, betting services, and all related services made available to registered users.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the ph69 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered user account held by a Player on the ph69 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering on the Platform.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by ph69 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be played through before withdrawal is permitted.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register a ph69 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number.
• Not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of ph69, or a close family member of the same.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order from ph69 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on ph69. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.

3. Account Verification and KYC

ph69 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming obligations. By registering, you consent to the collection and verification of your personal information.

ph69 may request the following documents at any time during the account lifecycle:

• Proof of Identity: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), UMID, valid passport, driver's licence, PRC ID, SSS/GSIS card, or voter's ID.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current residential address, dated within 90 days.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of GCash account ownership or bank account details matching the account used for deposits.

ph69 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account access until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide required documents within 30 days of request may result in account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the ph69 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). ph69 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Coins.ph. Supported payment methods may change at ph69's discretion.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–24 hours depending on the receiving bank.
• Transaction Fees: ph69 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside ph69's control.
• Withdrawal Requirement: All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal is permitted, unless ph69 explicitly states otherwise for a specific payment method or promotion.

ph69 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to verified accounts registered in the Player's own name.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ph69 may offer various bonuses and promotions to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless explicitly overridden by promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Standard wagering requirement: 20x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions may vary by game category. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contributions are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire 7 days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified. Expired bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from expired bonuses will be forfeited.
• ph69 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who abuse the bonus system — including through arbitrage, coordinated play, or exploitation of errors — may have bonuses revoked and accounts reviewed.
• Only one (1) active welcome bonus per Player. The welcome bonus is not available to Players who have previously held a ph69 account under any identity.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the ph69 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are determined by game providers and are publicly available.

Players agree to use the ph69 Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming and not for any commercial purpose. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from known exploits are void.
• Engaging in collusion or coordinated play in games involving other players.
• Placing bets in patterns that constitute bonus abuse, arbitrage, or manipulation of the Platform's systems.

ph69 reserves the right to void bets and transactions, suspend or close accounts, and withhold funds where prohibited gameplay activity is identified.

7. Responsible Gaming

ph69 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in alignment with PAGCOR guidelines. ph69 provides the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via your account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with automatic logout.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 1 to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Opt into periodic reminders showing your session duration and net gaming result.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited on the ph69 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments for deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is unlawful.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your ph69 account.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Creating more than one account.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

ph69 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and may report suspicious activity to relevant Philippine regulatory bodies including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph69 Platform — including but not limited to the ph69 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and user interface — is the intellectual property of ph69 or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any ph69 content without prior written authorisation from ph69.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph69 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, server outages, third-party failures, or force majeure events.
• Inaccuracies in game results caused by technical malfunctions, which ph69 will investigate and correct in accordance with its fair gaming policy.

ph69's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

ph69 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the ph69 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. ph69 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is used solely for account management, KYC compliance, transaction processing, and personalised gaming experience.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ph69 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to Players via registered mobile number notification or platform announcement at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the ph69 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to amended terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the ph69 Platform shall first be submitted to ph69's internal dispute resolution process. ph69 will acknowledge all formal disputes within 5 business days and issue a resolution within 28 days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your right to seek relief from PAGCOR where applicable.
